The annual Pink Ring event hit the ice on April 3, 2011 at the Triwood Community Arena. This year's event raised $50,400 for the Calgary Health Trust in support of the Calgary Breast Health Program. About 80 ringette players came out to enjoy a friendly game of ringette all while raising money for a great cause.

Pink Ring is a fun-filled, 14-hour continuous ringette game in support of the High Risk Breast Cancer Clinic under the Calgary Breast Health Program.  This fundraising event welcomes ringette players of all skill levels ages 19 and over to come together, have fun and raise money for a great cause. Each participant is asked to raise a minimum of $100.

Pink Ring hosted its first fundraising tournament in 2006. They continue their support of Women’s Health with the 2011 tournament benefiting the High Risk Breast Cancer Clinic. The High Risk Breast Cancer Clinic offers risk assessment, screening and support to women who are at a high risk of developing breast cancer.
