Michelle Renaud helps paint bright future for the NICU

Local artist Michelle Renaud is known to host exhibitions showcasing her artwork, and has recently marked her second event in benefit for the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Foothills Medical Centre.  The Michelle Renaud Artworks Spring Sale and Exhibition on June 29th has raised over $11,000!

Her artwork is a vessel to share her thoughts, talent and creativity with others. The pieces are an inspiring use of her talents to express herself while offering a visual representation of ability and happiness.  She is thrilled to share her work with everyone while contributing to the NICU. Her latest creations boast a palate of both bright warm colors, and sharp black and white acrylic on canvas.

Michelle does not take any profits from the sales of her artwork. All funds earned from the Spring Sale and Exhibition will go directly to the Foothills NICU. As it is extremely important to Michelle and her family to contribute to local charities, profits from all of her sales through exhibitions and her website are donated to various causes.

Michelle’s work can be seen displayed throughout Calgary in many homes and businesses as well as the Rockyview Hospital, and the Foothills Medical Centre.

The evening was a powerful display of both her artwork and the impact Michelle has had on the community.

This event benefits a cause with a personal impact and incredible importance to the family as both of her sisters' children spent time in the NICU.
